python-fonttools

A library to manipulate font files from Python.

Optional dependencies:

python3-reportlab: To drawing glyphs as PNG images

python3-sympy: For symbolic font statistics analysis

python-scipy: For finding wrong contour/component order
between different masters

python-uharfbuzz: To use the Harfbuzz Repacker
for packing GSUB/GPOS tables

Sphinx,sphinx-rtd-theme,freetype-py are optional
dependencies only needed for document generation.
